Captured in concert in August of 2006, this expanded 8-man band roster revolves around co-founders Larry & Lance Hoppen and John Hall --- just prior to Mr. Hall’s departure due to his election to the US House of Representatives (D – NY 19). The core trio guides this stellar ensemble through a set that draws from all periods of the band’s musical journey; from the early days all the way through and up to some previously unrecorded material.

Orleans have been in the business of making music for more than a quarter of a century. They have gone into their three decade long archives and found some of the rarest takes, live material, and unreleased tracks all for this unique anthology. Obviously, you get “ Still The One” from their rare fan club disc from the Bearsville Theatre in New York, plus the incredible “ Circles” from an appearance at the Canteen in Nashville from 1986. The seventies are truly represented with unreleased tunes captured in clubs from Boston, NY and Connecticut. This collection soars!

John Hall, Larry Hoppen and Lance Hoppen, collectively known as the platinum hit makers Orleans are back after a long hiatus between studio albums. Dancin' In The Moonlight continues the fine tradition and marks the amazing return of the band that brought us countless hits like "Still The One" "Dance With Me" and "Love Takes Time".
