What can you say about Rock Hall Of Famer George Clinton that hasn't already been said. Mostly praise for creating some of the greatest funk jams of all time, of which he also received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement award. The New Jersey native began his career writing songs and producing for other artists, as well as for his own band The Parliments, which would later bring him much acclaim in the early 70's as he unleashed both Funkadelic and Parliment on the record buying and concert going audience. These amazing bands would catapult to the top of the R&B and Album charts for years as they would achieve #1 Gold and Platinum albums, crossing all music genres of Jazz, Funk, Rock & R&B. Huge hits like "Atomic Dog" "Flashlight" "Aqua Boogie" and many others would become classics that live on to this day. His concerts were multi-media extravaganzas, way before their time, fused in technology, space, and hard rockin' funk music, which drove the sold out shows into fan pandemonium. Much of the George Clinton & The P-Funk All Stars' incredible hit music was captured live and released a few decades ago as the "Original Artist Hit List." Released during the CD age, the sensational recording was never issued on vinyl.....that is until now!
